The Journey

Mitch and Emma Browns Bali journey continue… Introducing the Pavilion Surf Club Legian Beach…… After selling Lucky Day in September 2019, the search began for another venue, business…. another project. After many months they secured the old Lanai restaurant and the vision evolved…a surf club-style pavilion with sport! After a knockdown, rebuild their “new baby” has evolved… the Pavilion Surf Club Legian Beach. Building during covid has been challenging, but there are some pluses, availability of builders, materials, and fabulous staff.

Emma and Mitchell head an experienced well-trained team, supported by their long-term popular and trusted supervisor Dimas along with their two western managers Jordan & Mark. Head Chef Ketut Nick comes with a wealth of experience and enjoys working his magic with the Pavilion Brand….and so the building of a new business starts, mixing a wealth of business experience, 8 years of Bali know-how, and blended with covid practicality. Mitch, Emma, and team welcome you to their “new baby”, come down and say hi to some “old” friendly faces and share the excitement of their new venture, the Pavilion Surf Club Legian Beach.

The Pavilion Surf Club is the sweeping transformation of Double Six Beach seafront, featuring a comfortable and fun ocean view bar perfect for casual catch-ups and nibbles, outstanding dishes, a great wine list, and beautiful cocktails. Like this beautiful beach and this sacred place, the Pavilion Surf Club is for everyone. Come join us, eat well, and drink well.

Our bar staff can recreate the classic’s or bring something new to the table with a twist on your favorites with our surf-inspired cocktails. We also have local and imported wine.
