6:30 AM — The First Light

The deck is still quiet. Staff set up tables, sweep the sand, and brew the first coffee of the day.
The smell of roasted beans mixes with the ocean air. A few early surfers walk by with boards under their arms.

Some stay for brunch, others just for a smoothie bowl and ocean view.
