Growing up in Jakarta – Indonesia, Chef Billy Adoe always knew that he had a passion for cooking and wanted to work in a restaurant kitchen. From the age of 16, Chef Billy Adoe was working weekends at the restaurant hotel in Jakarta, and start his journey to Dubai, Bahrain, Maldives, and developed a great appreciation for the freshest seafood and simple cooking preparations to do the product justice.
He believes that using the freshest ingredients from local farms and purveyors produces better quality and higher nutritious meals. Billy Adoe practice background and attention to detail will not only please your palate but will leave a lasting impression on anyone who dines with us.
